Water pretreatment
Water pretreatment is a frequently used technique to purify water. It is actually a collective name for different technologies based on dosing, pH control in function of the residual solubility, sludge discharge...
This technique can be applied both in an end-of-pipe or in-line installation. In most cases advanced automation is the best option to restrict operational costs.
In order to determine the dimensions of pretreatment, it is recommended to perform lab and/or pilottests. In some cases we will be able to rely on experience from previous projects.
The installation can operate batchwise or continuously, depending on the volume of the waste flow and the process duration.
PCA can help you with this technology, both in design and construction of the installation.
