PCA designed a tailor-made water purification system for Corradi that combines a vacuum evaporator with an ion exchanger in a closed circuit. This results in a zero discharge of waste water.
A well-known customer contacted PCA for the construction and assembly of a new water treatment installation. Smart systems wanted to double its production and counted on us to deliver an installation capable of purifying 4 m3/h of waste water.
PCA has provided a new and comprehensive waste water treatment for the AluK plant located in Chepstow (Wales). The new water treatment plant was necessary because of the addition of a lacquering line with chemical pre-treatment within the company. The result is a fully automated and sustainable waste water treatment plant which is capable of purifying 9m3/h of waste water
For the construction of their new pre-treatment line (vertical SAT tunnel + immersion booths) a considerable flow rate of demineralised water was required as well as a large wastewater treatment. Both challenges were entirely in-house developed, produced and delivered by PCA.
When building a new line for the chemical pre-treatment and powder coating of aluminium profiles, the company Wilms (Meerhout) chose PCA to handle its water management. The objective was to eliminate any waste water.
